I offer a sliding scale and hold a couple of spots for pro-bono coaching. I donate 100% of my coaching fees to one of five charities.

Discovery Sessions to explore Health & Well-Being coaching are 30-45 minutes and go something like this:

  • I’ll tell you about Health & Well-Being Coaching.

  • You’ll share your idea of optimal health & well-being.

  • We’ll talk about the process of coaching and how it is a partnership.

  • We decide if my style of coaching is a good fit for you*. (And if not, I am happy to provide referrals.)

  • We discuss the available coaching packages and my sliding scale fee structure.

We’ll chat about habits you’d like to form or untangle, brainstorming and troubleshooting as needed!
